Treasure, Traps, And Austin?

Most of my weekend consisted of traps and treasure. *laughs* I played D&D with the crew and we got to run our characters through the Necropolis. Ooo, Sean got a sweet little item. *grins* He got a +10 staff of wizardry. What does that mean? He can hit stuff and all his spells he can cast for the day are doubled. *nods* He is such a happy little elf right now. I need to get Tipsi some junk like that. I have also decided that Sean would have put new spells in her book. He is such a nice little brother. ^_^ I had so much fun and we aren't even done in the Necropolis. We have two floors left, so Luke-san and Jaeix are coming to visit Warumono and myself for a couple hours. Once we finish the game all three will head back home.

My Friday is very full. I'm also going to be helping out with Relay for Life from 9 p.m.-9 a.m. I will be tired on Saturday, but then I get to go to the Feast of Nations. Yay, food from other countries! That starts at 7 p.m., so I will have slept some. ~_~

Last weekend was also fun because we celebrated Easter. We went to Scott and Steph's and I got to see my favorite little dude. Austin was excited to see me and after dinner we went outside to play. Grandma and Grandpa got him some sidewalk chalk, so we were going to play hop scotch Ausin style. *giggles* I never played it when I was a kid, so I couldn't teach him. It doesn't matter he had the idea. Throwing the rock and then hopping. *shrugs* We had fun jumping and running around. After hop scotch we went on an adventure. We were searching for treasure that the bad guys had hidden. *smiles* It was like the Necropolis! We had to avoid traps and the bad guys caught us! O_O Oh no! They tied us to a tree and set up a trap so we couldn't get free! Then there were snakes that were going to eat us!!!! It was frightening!!! Scrappy, the dog, couldn't help us because he was on another mission, but fortunately Ping, the other dog, helped set us free. I told Austin that I needed to blow my nose and we headed toward the house. Grandpa was coming out of the door and it was time to leave. *sniffle* My little buddy realized this and he went from happy to sad in point one second. He refused to give anyone a hug and he also refused to say good bye. He went in the house and cried. *sniff* I'm sure he was over it in just a little bit. Kids are cool that way. ^_^

Another funny story about little Boston is that he found his birthday presents. Scott and Steph said that one was an Easter present, but the other presents were MY birthday presents. *chuckles* He believed them, but for some of the day he kept asking me, "Hey Sher, do you want your birthday presents as Easter presents?" "Sher, do you want your presents?" "Do you want to look at your presents?" *falls over* Clever little guy! If I got those presents then he would be able to play with them. Hmm, he is definitely my nephew and my brother's son. Little present snooper! ~_^

Today was a pretty good day. I was dropped off at Ben Franklin to get some matte board and then I walked back to BSU. It was so nice and peaceful. I needed that me time. *nods* I had fun and it was such a nice day. *sighs* It made me feel better about things and I felt rejuvenated. Yeah, I'll get through this semester just fine.
