The Countdown Begins

Well, I have 16 days until portfolio presentation. O_O Eep. Am I worried? The nervousness doesn't seem to be bad right now. It hasn't really hit yet. I think the night before and the day of I'm going to be all hyper and anxious. I'm really debating if I really should have a countdown. It makes me more anxious, but then again it keeps me in line. *shrugs* I will put some thought into it.

So much happened last weekend!!! On Friday Luke-san and Jaeix came to visit and we finished up the Necropolis game! I had so much fun! Sean will be happy to go back home, after he turns Futune into a woman. ~_^ I'm sure Guineas will be a very happy father. Heh, heh. ^_^

I also went to the Relay for Life at the rec center here on campus. That was fun too. I got exercise. Meg and I didn't stay for the whole thing because I think we would have passed out. Someday I will go to another one and stay the entire time. The surprising thing about it was that I thought it would be more schedulized. *points* I know, it isn't a word, but hey, Shakespeare made 20% of his words up and so will I. I thought there would be more activities and the music that they chose wasn't exactly music to keep people awake. Come on, where was the beat? I did have fun though, it just wasn't what I had expected.

On Saturday Meg and I went to The Feast of Nations. Meggles was lucky enough to get two tickets from her boss. A lot of the food was spicy, but good. I liked everything except the dessert. It was coconut milk stuff with honey dew chunklets. The best part of the whole thing was the performances that the international students did. Everyone did a great job and I really enjoyed myself. Thank you Meggles-chan!

I'm going home this weekend to celebrate Boston's birthday. <:) *points* Look! I'm wearing a party hat!! I'm excited because I'm also going to play D&D! *snickers* We didn't see that one coming. Anyway, we are going to play Luke-san's vampire/vampire hunter game. I cannot wait to play Kush!!! He is such a sad little guy and meeting this party will cheer him up.

Well, gotta go work on buttons for the blackout CD. Oh! One last thing! ♥ ♥! Thank you Jae and Sam!
