What Is Your Hobbit/Elf Name?
Ok, I have a couple things to link on my blog right now. I heard about a site where you type in your name and then it tells you your elf/hobbit name. Yay! Quite swanky if you ask me. It is quite fun and the people that read this should check it out. Here is the elven one. My hobbit name is Prisca Knotwise of Michel Delving and my elven name is Alassë Ancalimë. I think I'm going to make a halfling character in D&D named Prisca Knotwise. I'll have to think about it. Hmmmmmm? What would she be like? A megalomaniac most likely. *giggles*
The other thing I wanted to link on here was a pic of the character Faust from Saber Marionette J. His hair is huge and I need to share it with the rest of you. I couldn't find any one good picture of him. I guess he isn't all that popular, but I did find some of him on google images. The first three pics that you see are him. Look at that HAIR!!! I wish they had better pics so you could see his epaulettes. I could make a really bad joke right now, but I will keep it in my head. Yup, in my head. You know, he is a bad knockoff of Treize. The dude even drinks red wine! Who does he think he is? Not Treize I'll tell you that much.
Well, I'm going to go now. I am going to play some FFX. The game is ok, but I never feel as if I'm playing all that much. The voice overs take away some of the magic for me. I liked picking the voices for the characters and I enjoyed reading the script that the game developers made. I want to act out the story in my head. Not the visuals, but the voices. If I didn't want the visuals I would just read a book. I don't know. I think it's great that technology has come so far, but I think we should just leave some things alone. I for one like my RPG's without voice overs. It wouldn't be so bad if it was once in a while, but every time they talk it has to be spoken. I think that is silly. Ok, I'll really shut up now.
