Tuition Paid

I just paid my tuition and I'm glad it's done. I was looking at my lab fees and they were over a hundred dollars and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Meggles and I were talking about this last night. We pay a bunch of money for lab fees that is supposedly paying for materials and what not. The funny thing is we still end up paying an arm and a leg for spray mount, tag board, and anything else that we use for mounting our projects. The bad thing about it is, if we don't have a good presentation for our work then we get marked down. Hello! What if people can't afford the best and they get bad grades because the spray mount they bought wasn't good and their piece was slightly wrinkly? That poor person is going to get marked down because of that reason. I consider myself very lucky because my parents are helping me with school expenses. Yeah, I have to pay them back, but at least I can afford good mounting materials and all that jazz. Anyway, my point was, we don't get enough materials for what we pay in lab fees. So far I have received two rolls of film for my one hundred dollar lab fee. Kinda stinks.

Now that my rant is done I can talk about going home this weekend. Yay me! I get to take pictures of my three good buddies. I asked Meggles, but she's camera shy. *sticks tongue out and then smiles* That's ok, I wouldn't want Crazy Kush taking pics of me either. Anyway, Warumono said that he, Jae, and Luke-san wouldn't mind being my photographic vict. . . *clears throat* I mean models. ^_^
